Quality Improvement Support
Ensuring a joined up approach to QI, we offer four levels of support that will enhance your organisational expertise in using QI methodology for effective change.
Training is offered as online, face to face or comprehensive training packages. All QI support involves coaching for staff to ensure application of theory to practice.
